The transformation of this property, from a traditional 1950's house to a contemporary luxury home, involved an extensive reconfiguration, extension and refurbishment of the original building. Being located in a conservation area, the design had to be considerate of the local architecture, while also setting a new design standard for the area. 

 

The resulting house comprises light and spacious rooms, to be enjoyed by those who live there. Our design also created significant value, as the property became the most expensive house ever purchased in the city, when it was sold by our client in 2014.
